Today, Business Insider reported (paywalled) spotting a leaked internal org chart showing how Jay Parikh, who joined Microsoft in January to lead the newly formed CoreAI group. He has reportedly built out his team with several former Meta colleagues, plus some Microsoft veterans.

Parikh, once Meta’s head of engineering, is now overseeing the team that powers Microsoft’s AI developer tools and infrastructure. His CoreAI group is central to Microsoft’s AI goals, particularly around building agents that can work alongside human employees.
